The Enneagram:

An Introductory Workshop

Join me in exploring the Enneagram as an invitation into deeper presence and compassionate living.

April 27 & 28, 2024

(Sat. & Sun. 1-4 pm)

Espace Cercle Carré

Montréal, QC

“We exist in a kind of waking sleep. Fortunately, the ability to wake up is not only possible, but also an inherent part of being human.”

– Beatrice Chestnut

The Enneagram is an invaluable support for anyone seeking to live in more conscious and compassionate ways.

Rooted in insights from the wisdom traditions of the West

(Judaism, Islam, and Christianity) as well as modern psychology,

the Enneagram describes 9 personalities - or really,

9 journeys of the human soul.

Inviting us into exploring the beauty of our deepest selves, illuminating how we get stuck in the limiting, habitual patterns of our egos, and pointing the way into greater freedom.

This workshop will include:

  • The purpose and practice of the Enneagram

  • Theory of personality formation

  • Introduction to the 9 core personality structures: including the Sacred Gifts, Basic Fears and Desires, and invitations to growth of each type

Through teaching, poetry, meditation, exercises, and conversation, you will be given a solid foundation to continue your journey with the Enneagram.
